Tips/ Questions On Placing PORTRAIT Order.

  You May Place your order online or via Scheduled Phone Appointment

1. Click link to -- Schedule Phone Appointment (to get in on >>Special<< Pricing/ Multi Pose Packages/ Digital/ COLLAGES/ Wow / & so much more.    Please check your phone number when filling out form to insure we can reach you.
2. Click the Link to -- View Portraits (easiest to click Recent Events -- click on your studio -- see Dance Song -- Click on Child
3. Image Numbers -- have all your image numbers written down  (Located Under the Picture  CM8_1234)
4. View the SPECIALS - (Yes, We are here to help but this will speed the process) see them located under >>>SPECIALS<<< via phone specials
5. Please be Available at your Appointment time -- WE CALL YOU (we are on a tight schedule with limited appointment times & want to help everyone get all your Memories!
6. You may wish to be in front of your computer to reference back or have internet connection to view them.
7. If you can not make your time please Email or Text 24 hours before (so someone else can have the time as there is limited slots)
8. If you do not see a Product you would like feel free to ask -- I'm sure we might can help you -- our Professional lab carries a wide varity of Portrait sizes & Memorbilia.
9. Add Capturing Memories to your phone log so you know we are calling at the schedules time. (We will only call at your schedule time or question on your placed order) 828-685-3261

• Any questions feel free to email us. (give us 24/48 hr to respond in case we are on location)
• Once you have place an Order online we can not make changes to it as it goes straight to the lab.
• Orders are processed as they come in -- normal turn time with mail 2-3 weeks --  (shipped USPS) as some products take longer.
• Orders may come in more than 1/2 shipments  [ Digital 1/ Prints 2 / Canvas 3 / Red Carpet 4]
• If your studio produces a Program Book please view the Deadlines for Picture Order by Date: {to insure timing to get it to the studio} 
• NOT received your Portraits with in 3/3.5 weeks {as some products take longer} --Please EMAIL us -- Childs Name, Studio, and inquire -- we will be glad to run a trace on it (USPS tracking) 
• Digital please check your spam folder -- Email will come from cmemoriesorder@gmail.com via Hightail/OpenText (you will click the link to download) You have 21 days to download once sent from lab. 
• NOT received Digital -- check spam -- Email us -- Childs Name, Studio, issue -- to insure we have your correct email address (there maybe a fee if have to resend over 45 days)
• If you have an issue with your Portraits/ Shipping Damage -- YOU MUST -- take a snapshot of damage/issue -- email it along with Childs Name, Studio, and detail issue (we send to the lab for verification)with in 2 weeks of Delivery
• REMEMBER to tag us when posting your Dancers..... on social media We like to enjoy looking again and again at the memories! --Show us your favorites!--
